SHIPPING:


We ship to all domestic and international locations. Orders are shipped from our center within 1 to 2 business days from the date payment for your order is received and cleared (complete verification). If you are shipping to an unconfirmed address, your order might be delayed until we could verify the order with you.We ship using DHL and the Singapore Postal Service .we will ASAP send the tracking number to you When we sent the goods.


RUSH SERVICES:


Rush orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) china time to 6 P.M. china Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification.Rush orders placed after 6 P.M. china Time will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Please allow the delivery time on the service for your package to arrive once it leaves our Fulfillment Center. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or CHINA holidays.


 

TAXES & DUTIES:


To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed during checkout. We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. While PYS.com does not collect any tax for international orders, your order may be taxed by your country’s customs department. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional taxes. For more information on Import Taxes/Duties, please contact your local Post Office. But if you make your parcel for “GIFT” we can help you.

REFUND:


Please remember we take 30 days exchange or refund if you do not like your order !!!

1:If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. All product packaging and certificates of grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.


2.:Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact Customer Service or visit our online Returns Center available on our full site and we will guide you through the process. Customer has to afford the return shipping fee.


3: We will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product(s). If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns with product(s) that are eligible for free returns, We may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s) from your refund amount in accordance with general returns policy. In addition, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
